He then advised us on equipment options and provided what we wanted at competitive prices, even delivering one piece of equipment on his way home from work to ensure our contractor was not held up. B2u is a small shop with limited range and owner/manager service (Neil). While he is often busy or hard to reach he does know his (bathroom) stuff and came to visit the site to get the business. He's recommended for those willing to seek quality kit and still be able to do a deal but be prepared to chase him up a few times to get things done. He has preferred fitters who I also used - Rob was excellent.
